FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: under diagnostic method of technical state of the machine rotor the machine is set to controlled mode, at this mode the initial rotor speed is changed and machine is stopped. During the machine running-out the rotor speed changes are measured with time until the rotor stop, and relationship is determined, it is further integrated. Additionally time is measured until the rotor starting and until the machine setting to the controlled mode from the starting moment. The run-down time of the machine rotor is determined from the fixed maximum and minimum speed. Friction moments are determined at the said fixed speeds, ratio of these friction moments is calculated. Speed is measured at the moment of rotor stop, and friction moment is calculated. During setting to the controlled mode the time until starting and until setting to the controlled mode are compared with the reference values. During run-down the reference values are compared with run-down time, friction moments and friction moments ratio at said fixed speeds, speed and friction moment during the rotor stop. Based on the deviation of these parameters from the reference values the technical sate of the machine rotor is estimated.EFFECT: extension of functional possibilities and effectiveness of diagnostic of the technical state of the machine rotor.2 dwg |
