FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: device includes a deposit accumulation device and a drain branch pipe; on opposite walls of the tank there are longitudinal guides fixed, out of which one guide is made in the form of the first split tube, at which on edges of the horizontal slot there fixed are flaps from elastic material and which is provided with a deposit removal branch pipe connected to the pump and provided at the outlet with a deposit collection tray; a transverse guide in the form of the second split tube has the same elastic flaps on edges of the horizontal slot and is installed by means of carriages on longitudinal guides of the tank; with that, one end face of the second split tube is closed, and the other end face is provided with a branch pipe with a tip, which is arranged between elastic flaps of the first tube; with that, the tip cross-section in the place of its cover with elastic flaps has the shape of a wedge on both sides of the tip along the flap alignment line, and the other end of the branch pipe with the tip is located inside the second tube in the deposit accumulation and movement zone; the same tip of the intake branch pipe is installed between elastic flaps of the second tube, and the nozzle of the intake branch pipe is arranged approximately on the level of deposit in liquid; with that, the intake branch pipe is installed by means of a carriage on the second split tube; besides, all the carriages of the device are installed with a possibility of back and forth movement by means of a drive.EFFECT: device provides completeness and quality of deposit removal.2 cl, 3 dwg |
