Said system also comprises a system (3) for transmitting data via satellites (4), said data transmitting system making it possible to transmit data between the terminals (2) and a monitoring center (5), said monitoring center (5) including a means (21) for generating requests intended for the terminals (2) in order to ask said terminals to provide the recorded identification information.
