<p>A picture frame formed of a foldable sheet member 12 includes, when erected, four frame members 16.1, 16.2, 18.1, 18.2, each including a front face panel 24 and a sidewall panel 26 extending rearwardly from an outer peripheral edge 28 of the panel 24, the panels 24 together forming a border which surrounds a central display window, through which a photograph supported behind the panels 24, is visible. Two oppositely disposed frame members 16.1, 16.2 are reinforced and each further include a bracing structure 32, a holding flap 34 extending from an inner peripheral edge region 46 of the panel 24 for holding the bracing structure 32; and a releasably engaged tab 44 and associated slot 42 forming part of the flap 34 and the structure 32, respectively. The structure 32 includes a front bracing panel 36, a side bracing panel 38, and a connecting web 40 which is connected to the panel 26, the structure 32 being folded inwardly such that the panels 36, 38 abut and brace a rear side of the panels 24, 26, respectively.</p> |
