<p>The present invention relates to a hyaluronic acid polymer nanohydrogel and a preparation method thereof. The hyaluronic acid polymer nanohydrogel has excellent in-vivo stability, specifically exhibits fluorescence according to the activity of hyaluronidase, and is sealed with the indocyanine green to be used to monitor the in-vivo activity of the hyaluronidase. According to the present invention, the nanohydrogel formed of the self-crosslinked hyaluronic acid polymer can solve the problems of the conventional hyaluronidase detection methods to be difficult to be measured in the presence of serum, and take a long time. The present invention can selectively and quickly detect the hyaluronidase enzymes in few minutes in vivo or in the presence of serum based on a fluorescence signal.</p> |
