FIELD: pharmacology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical composition, which contains sodium alginate, 5-fluoruracil, additionally contains nanoemulsion of amphiphilic polymer N-vinylpyrrolidone with its ratio with sodium alginate 1:2 weight parts, where content of sodium alginate constitutes 2-3 wt %, and contains 5-fluoruracil in quantity 0.5-5.0 wt %, the remaining part - water. Claimed pharmaceutical composition does not lose rheological properties at sterilisation and can be more widely applied in treatment of different oncologic diseases, which require higher viscosity of introduced composition. Application of composition with increased viscosity makes it possible to increase term of prolongation of action of introduced in it medication basing on required medical indications.EFFECT: reduction of treatment toxicity, increase of shock dose of medication and achievement of prolongation of its action, preservation of composition viscosity after sterilisation.3 ex |
