PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element in which deterioration in characteristics due to exposure to the atmosphere is suppressed, a method of using the same, an optical sensor, and an imaging element.SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion element includes a conductive film, an organic photoelectric conversion film containing an n-type semiconductor (A) and a p-type semiconductor (B), and a transparent conductive film in this order. The n-type semiconductor (A) has a constituent unit represented by formula (I), and the p-type semiconductor (B) has a donor-acceptor constituent unit. |
