PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide more useful information to a user.SOLUTION: An information providing method comprises steps of: receiving connection notification indicating that a repeating device for performing wireless communication with a communication terminal carried by a user visiting a facility and the communication terminal start the wireless communication; determining time that the repeating device and the communication terminal start the wireless communication on the basis of the connection notification; and providing information to the communication terminal after a predetermined timing elapses from that time.
