PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of a CSG(Closed Subscriber Group cell) permitting utilization of a subscriber that a mobile terminal must be notified of a CSG-ID for receiving a service by the CSG cell, but the service cannot be received in a situation where radio waves from a non-CSG cell do not reach.SOLUTION: Update of tracking area is requested from a mobile terminal to a base station controller via a base station selected manually by the mobile terminal. In the base station controller, permission of access to a CSG cell by the mobile terminal is checked. If access to a CSG cell by the mobile terminal is not permitted, the base station controller rejects update of tracking area by the mobile terminal, via a base station. When update of tracking area by the mobile terminal is rejected, the CSG cell is deleted from the list of CSG cells, to which access is permitted, by the mobile terminal. |
