<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly auxiliary jig installation method capable of positioning and posturing an assembly auxiliary jig in a simplified manner without using a drive mechanism for positioning and posturing an assembly auxiliary jig.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method for installing an assembly auxiliary jig 600, the method comprising: moving the assembly auxiliary jig 600 to installation coordinates Pon design where the assembly auxiliary jig 600 is to be installed to determine a target angle of each joint of a robot arm 201; causing a robot hand 202 to grip the assembly auxiliary jig 600; driving each joint of the robot arm 201 to operate the robot arm 201 such that each joint of the robot arm 201 forms the target angle; and securing the assembly auxiliary jig 600 to a fixing member 702 on a frame 500 with an adhesive 701 while the assembly auxiliary jig 600 is maintaining the actual position and posture.</p> |
