摘要 A microwave-heatable thermal storage pad includes a main body and at least one thermal storage medium. The main body has at least one projecting portion and a holding flange extending outwardly from a peripheral edge of a bottom of the projecting portion. The projecting portion has an enclosing wall of low thermal conductivity, wherein the enclosing wall defines a recessed space. The thermal storage medium, being located in the recessed space, has an exposed top surface which is exposed to a top opening of the recessed space of the main body, and has a periphery which is at least partially surrounded by the enclosing wall of the projecting portion. The thermal energy stored in the thermal storage medium will be exchanged with the outside substantially through the exposed top surface thereof.
