FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: method includes the steps during which the spindle-mandrel assembly is rotated, comprising a mandrel component and component of spindle. Besides, the component of mandrel is shrinkable during heating of polymer tube, the outer surface of which corresponds to the inner surface of the produced tubular ceramic construction, and the inner surface of which forms the opening. At that, the component of spindle is in tight contact with mandrel component, but may be pulled out from it by means of sliding. Ceramic forming composition is applied on the outer surface of mandrel component of the rotating assembly of mandrel spindle for manufacture of tubular ceramic construction, the inner surface of which is in contact with the outer surface of mandrel. Spindle is removed from the mandrel hole in order to ensure assembly of the mandrel and tubular ceramic structure, in which the inner surface of ceramic tubular construction remains in contact with the outer surface of the mandrel. Thermosetting of mandrel component of mandrel assembly and tubular ceramic construction is carried out in order to cause compression of mandrel up to the reduced size, at which the outer surface of mandrel is separated from the inner surface of tubular ceramic construction, facilitating the removal of mandrel from it.EFFECT: manufacture of tubular constructions with wide range of ratios of length to the outer diameter and ratios of the outer diameter to the wall thickness.16 cl, 8 dwg |
