FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a bearing assembly of a downhole motor. The bearing assembly for the downhole motor comprises a circular tank for oil located in the radial direction between a mandrel and a casing and passing in the axial direction between the upper rotary seal set between the mandrel and the casing, and the lower rotary seal set between the mandrel and the casing; a part of the circular oil tank forms an annular second bearing chamber having the lower end limited by a circular lower protrusion related to the mandrel, and the upper end limited by a circular upper protrusion related to the casing; a thrust bearing installed in the second bearing chamber and able of withstanding compressive loads between the upper and lower protrusions at the action of axial compression on the said bearing assembly.EFFECT: optimised usage of drilling mud.16 cl, 5 dwg |
