PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of a corbel member, an attaching work method thereof, an attachment structure and a modification structure of an exterior member using the same, capable of attaching an exterior member such as a solar cell system and a snow guard fitting to a desired position irrespective of the type of roof of building, and applicable to repair of roof.SOLUTION: The attachment structure of a corbel member 1 includes: a first member 1A fixed to a roof plane; a second member 1B which covers the entire periphery of the first member 1A on the surface side thereof; and a third member 1C that connects the first member 1A to the second member 1B. The first member 1A includes: a fixing part 11 for fixing to the roof plane via a waterproof material 12; and a longitudinal rod 13 vertically provided to the fixing part 11. The second member 1B circumferentially attaches a grounding part 16 to be grounded to the roof plane via a waterproof material 15, outside a covered item 14 covering the first member 1A. The covered item 14 is formed with a through hole 141 for inserting the longitudinal rod 13. The third member 1C is fastened being attached to the longitudinal rod 13 to crimp the second member 1B to the roof plane.
