[Problem] When executing the functions of a dedicated appliance by means of a virtualization technology, it is difficult to continuously manage the state of communications due to the dynamic startup and stoppage of virtual machines. [Solution] This information processing device is equipped with: a first means capable of providing network functions which perform communication processing; a second means which can transfer reception packets to the network functions associated with communication paths having reception packets assigned thereto; and a third means which can connect a shared database in which is recorded communication status pertaining to the communication path corresponding to each of a plurality of network functions, to the each of the plurality of network functions.
