A freeze-protected water gauge and a freeze-protection device for a water gauge are disclosed. According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is the freeze-protected water gauge comprising: a gauge body of which one side is connected to a water inlet pipe and the other side is connected to a water outlet pipe so as to measure the flow rate of water passing through the inside thereof; and a freeze-protection unit which is provided in the gauge body and in which an inner temperature-sensitive member is contracted at a pre-set threshold temperature or below such that a bypass part formed at the gauge body is opened so as to discharge the water inside the gauge body to the outside.
