A vertical circular spray booth for a powder spraying line, the spray booth comprising a vertical spray booth body (1); the spray booth body (1) is mainly enclosed by a front side plate (11) and a back side plate (12) respectively located at the front side and the back side; the middle parts of the front and back side plates (11, 12) arch outward to form arcs; a feeding port (13) and a discharging port (14) for feeding and discharging work pieces are respectively disposed at the left side and right side of the spray booth body (1); an air exhaust port (120) connected to an external air exhaust channel is provided at the position where the middle part of the back side plate (12) arches; the vertical circular spray booth employs the front side plate (11) and the back side plate (12) to form a relatively enclosed space, and the middle parts of the front side plate (11) and the back side plate (12) arch outward to form arcs, therefore, the spray booth has sufficient interior space to conduct powder spraying on the work pieces, so the feeding port (13) and the discharging port (14) at the left side and right side of the spray booth can be made smaller, reducing the area of openings of the spray booth, and satisfying the air exhaust requirement of the spray booth by employing a relatively low-power exhaust fan. |
