Provided are: a valve member having a check function, the valve member being capable of having formed therein a discharge valve and an intake valve and also being capable of being manufactured easily; and a pouring container provided with the valve member. A valve member (31) comprises a base (41) which is provided with a valve hole (42) and a film (51) which is superimposed on and adhered to the upper surface of the base (41) so as to be capable of opening and closing the valve hole (42). The film (51) has: a discharge valve body section (52) which is separably in close contact with the upper surface of the base (41) and which opens and closes the valve hole (42); and a vertically movable air suction valve body section (53). A discharge valve (38) having a check function can be formed using the discharge valve body section (52) as the valve body, the upper surface of the base (41) as the valve seat, and the valve hole (42) as the inlet for fluid. An air suction valve (39) having a check function can be formed using the air suction valve body section (53) as the valve body. |
