The second internal sealing layers (68) are located between the first internal sealing layer (66) and frame (42). The first internal sealing layer (66) is made out of the first rubber mixture subjected to cross-linking. The base rubber of the first rubber mixture includes butyl rubber. Each second internal sealing layer (68) is made out of the second rubber mixture subjected to cross-linking.
