FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: bypass valve placed above the expanding head and below hydraulic jack comprises a hollow-carrier bushing with cylindrical narrowing and a hollow rod inserted telescopically with potential limited movement into the hollow-carrier bushing and complete with a nipple outer sealing from below, which interacts hermetically with cylindrical narrowing of the hollow-carrier bushing. At that the nipple is closed from below, above the closure there are openings, which may be covered hermetically when the rod moved downwards in regard to the hollow-carrier bushing. At that the hollow-carrier bushing and rod are connected respectively to the expanding head and hydraulic jack. Cylindrical narrowing of the hollow-carrier bushing is made integral and the nipple is closed from below by a dead plug. At that openings connecting inner space of the hollow-carrier bushing and inner space of the rod are placed above the outer sealing, which is made as an elastic cup with outer bore made as a collar cup, and which ends are fixed at the nipple by the lower and upper thrusts. At that the upper thrust is equipped with channels connecting cup cavity with outer space.EFFECT: improved reliability of the equipment when trouble zones are isolated at well drilling or repairing.2 dwg |
