FIELD: heating.SUBSTANCE: outdoor-type boiler consists of a hydrothermally insulated housing, inside which a flue heat exchanger is located, which includes a gas burner device, a stack and direct and return lines; with that, a deaeration and expansion tank connected to the flue heat exchanger by means of a branch pipe is installed inside the housing; a circulating pump is connected to the deaeration and expansion tank; an automatic three-way valve connected to the direct line and to the flue heat exchanger is installed after the circulating pump; with that, the upper part of the deaeration and expansion tank is provided with an automatic check valve with a possibility of actuation with the pressure that is higher than hydrostatic pressure in the heating system, and the lower part of the deaeration and expansion tank is provided with a slurry removal valve.EFFECT: increasing safe operation of outdoor-type boilers and designing them as modular ones.1 dwg |
