<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a progress management device that can reflect low-order progress information in high-order one by preventing a transcription error and a lack of immediacy and can easily determine at each development holding point whether or not product development is conducted in the original order. <P>SOLUTION: A progress management device comprises: a schedule management database 14; a planned schedule reflection processing part 11 for updating a planned schedule in a detail schedule management table 23 and the planned schedule in the schedule management database 14 at each development holding point on the basis of the planned schedule in a process management table 22; and an actual schedule reflection processing part 12 for updating an actual schedule in the process management table 22 and the actual schedule in the schedule management database 14 at each development holding point on the basis of the actual schedule in the detail schedule management table 23.
