The present invention relates to a heat shrinkable polyester film and, more specifically, to a heat shrinkable polyester film which can simply separate a PET bottle and a shrinkable label, after crushing the PET bottle and the shrinkable label during recycling, has excellent anti-static properties during a postprocess, and has containers not attached to each other, when being filled with high temperature drinks. For the same, the heat shrinkable polyester film according to the present invention is characterized by having a pore ratio to be 20 to 40% of total volume of the film.
