PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check automatically whether an employee who received an attendance request has left for work.SOLUTION: There is provided a duty management system which comprises: a first portable terminal which, owned by an employee scheduled to work for a prescribed duty, includes first location information acquisition means; and a server device which manages the prescribed duty assigned to the employee scheduled to work. The server device, after transmitting an attendance request to the first portable terminal, acquires location information of the first portable terminal detected by the first location information acquisition means of the first portable terminal and, based on the location information of the first portable terminal, determines whether the employee scheduled to work has left for the prescribed duty. |
