<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase synchronization device which gives fast digital assist to analog characteristics in an easy design, as well as a phase synchronization circuit frequency calibration method and program. <P>SOLUTION: A digital assist calibration circuit can selectively process a sequential search that checks the magnitude correlation between a search value and a target value while changing a search value in order from a prescribed value and a dichotomizing search that checks the magnitude correlation between the median of a search value in a search range and the above-described target value and checks the magnitude correlation between the median of a search value in that half of the search range and the target value only for a half side of the search range which contains the target value before searching the target value. Of the first and the last steps of a search process, in at least the first or the last step is made a dichotomizing search, whereas a sequential search is performed in the rest of the process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
