The present invention relates to a floating power plant moored to a quay. The passenger ship type floating power plant comprises a power generation chamber disposed inside a hull of the floating power plant; an electricity-transmission tower provided to an upper deck of the hull and transmitting electric power generated from the power generation chamber to the outside; and a passenger ship type outer panel coupled to cover the upper deck and formed in the shape of a passenger ship.
