The present invention relates to a connection method between a terminal and a network. A communication method of MME in a mobile communication system according to one embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: receiving a message including voice domain preference information to show access network preference information for the voice service of the terminal from the terminal; determining the allowance of the access to the mobile communication system of the terminal by using the voice domain preference information; and transmitting a message about the allowance of the access to the mobile communication system to the terminal.
