Disclosed are a soft magnetic core with high DC bias properties and a manufacturing method thereof. The soft magnetic core with high DC bias properties according to one aspect of the present invention includes: an inner core which is formed with a forming body of one or more powder selected from a group of mega flux powder and high flux powder; and an outer core which is formed with a forming body of sendust powder and surrounds the inner core.
