<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter, an optical filter module, and an analyzing apparatus which surely extract wiring of an electrode provided on a pair of opposing surfaces of a substrate to the outside of the substrate, thereby enables improvement of connection reliability.SOLUTION: An etalon 5 is an optical component shaped in a flat and square plate, and comprises a first substrate 51 and a second substrate 52. The first substrate 51 comprises a first projection 513 which is not opposite to the second substrate 52. The first projection 513 is provided with a first electrode pad 541B. The second substrate 52 comprises a second projection 524 which is not opposite to the first substrate 51. The second projection 524 is provided with a second electrode pad 542B.</p> |
