The arrangement has a holder and a clamping sleeve (3) that receives a bone screw. The holder is provided with a through hole and a retainer seat, in which the clamping sleeve is pivotably supported in a movable manner. A projection engages into a recess at the retainer seat in a form-fit manner. A thickening part of the bone screw is rearwardly expanded in a cone-shape. A cone angle (beta) is selected such that a free path divided by a tangent of a half cone angle corresponds to 0.5 to 2.5-times of thread pitch of a secondary screw thread (12). |
