<p>A folding rule including at least three links that are pivotably fastened to each other, at least one of the links has a scale for measuring the diameter of objects, the scale is designed in such a way that, when the object is completely enclosed by three adjacent links wherein the insides of the three links are each in contact with the object, a specified region of one of the links is in contact with the scale and a respective contact point on the scale indicates the diameter of the object.</p> |
