<p>The present invention relates to a method for evaluating a trademark right value, which includes a financial model as a standard for calculating a value of the past and a marketing model as a standard for calculating a value of the present and the future, and has objectivity and high reliability by applying a weighted value to place an emphasis on the financial model and the marketing model. The method for evaluating a trademark right value comprises the steps of: (1) constructing a database of a sales profit analysis trademark right value (F^Excessreturn), a conjoint analysis trademark right value (M^conj.), a weighted value of the conjoint analysis trademark right (a), a weighted value of the sales profit analysis trademark right value (b), and an adjusted cost (AC), which are transmitted through a communication network or previously stored, and storing the same in a storage medium; and (2) reading the sales profit analysis trademark right value (F^Excessreturn), the conjoint analysis trademark right value (M^conj.), the weighted value of the conjoint analysis trademark right (a), the weighted value of the sales profit analysis trademark right value (b), and the adjusted cost (AC), from the database, inputting a duration (n), a tax, and a discount rate (r) of a corresponding trademark right, and evaluating the value of the corresponding trademark right by processing the same through computer programming by using equation below.
