<p>A force detector (1) is provided with a fixed electrode (30) for detecting electrostatic capacity, a moveable electrode (22) arranged facing the fixed electrode (30), an insulating layer (10) arranged between the fixed electrode (30) and the moveable electrode (22) in a state of substantial contact with the moveable electrode (22), and a support (24) for movably or rotatably supporting the moveable electrode (22) along the insulating layer (10). There is accordingly provided a highly versatile force detector of simple and inexpensive configuration that can easily be made more compact and thinner.</p> |
