<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment apparatus which can reduce cycle time and is compact. <P>SOLUTION: The heat treatment apparatus 1 includes: an intermittently rotating table 61 in which workpieces W are supported to receiving tools 61h for the upper parts of the workpieces, the table 61 being disposed at a base portion 4 so as to be intermittently transferrable; a heating unit 65 for the upper parts of the workpieces heating the workpieces W transferred by the intermittently rotating table 61; and an annular cooling jacket 62 spraying a cooling liquid to the heated workpieces W and cooling the same. The heating unit 65 for the upper parts of the workpieces is provided at the prescribed position of the base portion 4, the annular cooling jacket 62 is provided at the intermittently rotating table 61, and the workpieces W are cooled by the annular cooling jacket 62 while being transferred by the intermittently rotating table 61. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
