<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor which has a high electrostatic capacity and includes a conductive polymer layer, having a high conductivity in a manufacturing step with proper controllability. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor has steps 1 and 2, and uses a conductive composition which contains water, and a water-containing organic solvent and a conductive polymer and which has a prescribed surface tension smaller than 67 mN/m. In the step 1, a porous valve-action metallic material having an anode oxidizing film formed thereon is coated thereon with the conductive composition, and in the step 2, the coated conductive composition is dried, to form a conductive polymer layer on the anode oxidizing film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
