<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely achieve the pressing force control of a nut runner, which can prevent troubles such as galling or socket removal during fastening work. <P>SOLUTION: Movement of a socket 12 in an axial direction with respect to a rotary part 16 is generated by expansion and contraction of a magnetic spring M, and the pressing force F of a nut runner 24 is appropriately controlled with respect to the progress of fastening work. The socket 14 and the rotary part 16 are held by a holding part 18 in such a manner that the relative movement range of the socket 14 and the rotary part 16 falls within a range where the pressing force of the expansion and contraction stroke of the magnetic spring M is constant, the pressing force F of the nut runner 24 is controlled constant irrespective of the elapsed time of the fastening work. At the initial stage of the fastening work, the pressing force F is set to a level preventing galling caused by the excessive pressing force of the nut runner, and thus a galling trouble is prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
