<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly execute a predetermined process according to operation of a wireless IC device to an antenna, regardless of distance relationship between the wireless IC device and the antenna and an antenna installation state.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave attenuation sheet 9 is attached to a half region of an antenna 7. A CPU 1 refers to a data section that is included in a series of data indicating radio field intensity sequentially acquired from a radio field intensity detector 8 and that is affected by the electromagnetic wave attenuation sheet 9, and thereby recognizes operation of a non-contact IC card 10 to the antenna 7, and then performs instruction of a predetermined process according to the operation of the non-contact IC card 10.</p> |
