<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a focus adjusting device capable of favorably adjusting a focal point. <P>SOLUTION: The focus adjusting device includes: a pair of light receiving sensors 222a and 222b that receive a pair of luminous fluxes via an optical system having a focus adjusting optical system 32; a phase difference detecting part 32 that detects a shift length of an image surface by the optical system based on the output of the pair of light receiving sensors; a focus adjusting part 36 that adjusts the focal point of the optical system by driving the focus adjusting optical system in an optical axis direction; a starting part 28 that starts the focus adjustment by the focus adjusting part; a storage part 24 that stores the shift length detected by the focus detecting part; an exposure control part 21 that controls exposure conditions of the pair of light receiving sensors; and a control part 21 that, when the starting part starts the focus adjustment, determines whether or not allowing the exposure control part to change the exposure conditions based on the shift length stored in the storage part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
