PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer composition and etc. capable of forming a primer layer exhibiting an excellent adhesion.SOLUTION: Provided is a primer composition comprising an active hydrogen group-containing component (A) and a polyisocyanate group-containing component (B) and the primer composition is characterized in that the active hydrogen group-containing component (A) contains a hydroxyl group-terminated urethane prepolymer (a) produced by using at least polyether polyol (a1) obtained by adding alkylene oxide to bisphenol compound, and polyisocyanate (a2), and the polyisocyanate group-containing component (B) contains an isocyanate group-terminated urethane prepolymer (b) produced by using at least polyether polyol (b1) obtained by adding butylene oxide to polyol having 3 or more of hydroxyl group, and polyisocyanate (b2). |
