PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize effectively a municipal waste treated material as a cement raw material, while reducing a chlorine load of a cement kiln, and avoiding process trouble in a cement firing apparatus.SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for converting a municipal waste treated material into a cement raw material includes a sorting device 11 for sorting a municipal waste treated material obtained by subjecting municipal waste to fermentation treatment into coarse particles C and fine particles F, and a supply device for supplying the fine particles sorted by the sorting device to a cement production facility. Coarse particles having a high chlorine content rate are sorted from fine particles having a low chlorine content rate by the sorting device, and the fine particles having the low chlorine content rate are supplied to the cement production facility by the supply device to be utilized as a cement raw material. The fine particles can be supplied to a kiln bottom of a cement kiln by the supply device, and a wind power sorting device, a specific gravity difference sorting device, or a classifier can be used as the sorting device. Coarse particles having the maximum particle size of 20 to ≥2 mm can be sorted from fine particles having the maximum particle size of 20 to <2 mm by sorting. |
