PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper having a high skin care effect to the skin, and having excellent leakage prevention.SOLUTION: The disposable diaper 1A includes a surface-side sheet 21, a back-side sheet 22, and a vertically elongated absorbing body 23 disposed between the front and back-side sheets 21 and 22. On both longitudinal sides 1s, a pair of three-dimensional gathers 3 and/or a pair of leg gathers 4 are formed, arranging elastic members 30 and 40. Part or whole of the surface-side sheet 21 holds a hydrophilizing agent 6 for hydrophilizing the surface-side sheet 21, and part or whole of the pair of three-dimensional gathers 3 and/or the pair of leg gathers 4 hold a skin care agent also serving as a water repellent 7 for making the gathers repel water. The hydrophilizing agent 6 is a skincare agent containing a specific diamide derivative. |
