<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of improving a hydroplaning resistance performance in straight traveling and in normal traveling when an air pressure is put in a proper state, while restraining buckling of a tread part in run-flat travel. <P>SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire of arranging main grooves extending in the tire circumferential direction on a tire tread, includes: a pair of groove wall protrusion parts of protruding in the main groove by forming a part of an elliptic spherical shape from opposed both side groove walls of the main groove in a part on the tire circumference of the main groove; a groove bottom protrusion part of protruding in the main groove by forming a part of an elliptic spherical shape from the groove bottom of the main groove; and groove width expanding parts of partially expanding the edge of the main groove into a land part in a curved shape so as to expand a groove width of the main groove and arranged adjacently in the tire circumferential direction to the pair of groove wall protrusion parts. The pair of groove wall protrusion parts are mutually dislocated in position to a degree of at least partially overlapping in the tire circumferential direction, and a maximum protrusion part of the groove bottom protrusion part is positioned between positions in the tire circumferential direction of the maximum protrusion parts of the pair of dislocated groove wall protrusion parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
