A washing machine (1) equipped with an agitator (70) having radiating blade parts (71) that protrude from the upper surface thereof and that is positioned on the bottom of the washing machine drum (1) so as to be able to rotate in forward and reverse directions, wherein one of the first walls (71a) of the blade part (71) is formed by an inclined surface having a shape so as to raise laundry along the wall surface of the first wall (71a) by the rotation of the agitator (70) in one direction, and the other second wall (71b) of the blade part (71) is formed by an inclined surface with a shape so as to move the laundry in the direction of rotation by the agitator (70) rotating in the other direction. |
