<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device and an image processing method that are capable of synchronizing frames among input divided videos regardless of a transmission apparatus for transmitting plural divided videos. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing device comprises: input means that inputs plural divided videos obtained by dividing one video into plural image areas; detection means that detects scene changes for the respective divided videos; and synchronization means that synchronizes frames among the divided videos by adjusting the temporal positions of frames of the respective divided videos so as to match timings of the scene changes detected by the detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
