<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection technique capable of performing a rotation inspection without using a balance machine.SOLUTION: Inspection equipment includes a rotary mechanism 30 for making a vertically placed hollow assembly 10 rotate around a revolving shaft 15, an inspection gear movement mechanism 50 for making an inspection gear 51 advance to be engaged with a product gear 14, a first displacement meter 62 for measuring swing of a gear shaft 61, and a determination part 65 for determining acceptance on the basis of displacement information of the first displacement meter 62, as essential elements. The revolving shaft 15 is vertically provided. If the revolving shaft is made horizontal, an inner ring of a bearing is inevitably lowered. The center of an outer ring and the center of the inner ring offset each other slightly and this affects adversely a rotation inspection. In this respect, because the revolving shaft is made vertical, the rotation inspection can be performed under a favorable condition without causing offset.</p> |
