<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen peroxide-containing composition which contains a surfactant and is excellent in the stability of the hydrogen peroxide. <P>SOLUTION: The composition is characterized by including (A) hydrogen peroxide, (B) a surfactant, (C) phenoxyethanol, and (D) at least one selected from benzoic acid and benzoate salts.
