摘要 <p>The purpose of the present invention is to efficiently obtain a correct value that indexes the degree of progression of an intermolecular interaction between biological molecules or organic polymers. Provided are: a method for optically measuring an intermolecular interaction among multiple substances on a thin film, which comprises detecting the intensity of light reflected on the thin film (reflected light) or light transmitted through the thin film (transmitted light) at a first wavelength before the occurrence of the intermolecular interaction by a detection means for detecting the reflected light or the transmitted light, detecting the intensity of the reflected light or the transmitted light at the first wavelength after the occurrence of the molecular interaction by the detection means, and calculating the change in intensity of the reflected light or the transmitted light before and after the occurrence of the intermolecular interaction at the first wavelength; a measurement system for use in the method; and a program by which a processing for the measurement can be performed on a computer.</p>
