<p>The present invention relates to a service fee management server of a cable television system operator. The service fee management server of a cable television system operator according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a subscription information setting unit, wherein the subscription information is set from the service subscriber of the cable television system operator; an application management unit installed at a user terminal of the service subscriber, providing a lock page, and transmitting unlock information of the lock page; a point management unit accumulating points of the service subscriber when the unlock information of the lock page is received from the user terminal; and a fee calculation unit subtracting the accumulated points after converting the points into a preset exchange rate from the fee of the service subscriber. Accordingly, the present invention may provide the application setting the lock screen to the user terminal of the cable television system operator service subscriber, accumulate the points corresponding the unlock information, and subtract the service fee of the user. In addition, the present invention may earn advertisement profit by inserting advertisement contents into the lock screen of the user terminal.</p> |
