The present invention relates to a cereal comprising sweet potato chips, broccoli granules, and diet fiber for improving constipation and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the invention comprises the steps of: manufacturing sweet potato chips; manufacturing broccoli granules; extracting dietary fiber and medicinal herbs and then obtaining extracts thereof; mixing the dietary fiber extract, the medicinal herbs extract, and additives comprising vitamins and minerals with a crushed grain power; and manufacturing a grain mold by steaming, drying, molding and popping the mixture and then mixing the mixture with the sweet potato chips and the broccoli granules. The cereal for improving constipation of the present invention is effective in improving acute constipation or chronic constipation and shows excellent appealability in nutrition, taste, flavor, color, etc. |
