<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection optical system able to cope with a demand for a compact design and a wide angle. <P>SOLUTION: The projection optical system 1 that projects from a first image surface on a reduction side to a second image surface on a magnification side comprises: a first optical system 10 including fourteen lenses L1 to L14 and configured such that a first intermediate image 31 formed in the first optical system 10 by light made incident from the reduction side is imaged on the magnification side from the first optical system 10, as a second intermediate image 32; and a second optical system 20 including a first reflecting face 21a of positive refractive power, which is located on the magnification side from the second intermediate image 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
